Bowen Is Three Months Old

June 2005 - 

After waiting for any pictures or information from

Guatemala for two long months, we finally

received these fun pictures and a medical report

on our little Bowen.  (His hair cracked us up!) We

couldn't believe how he had grown from that tiny

baby into such a big boy.  The medical report said

that he was 16 lbs. 8 oz. and that he was eating

formula, had normal reflexes, no allergies, looked

very alert and was dynamic.  He is starting to

turn over and has a good mood.

We were so glad he was growing well and 

seemed to be very happy and healthy with his

adorable double chin and crazy hair - we 

wondered if his hair stuck up like that by itself?!

We had planned a trip down to Guatemala with

the kids to see the baby and tour his country and

couldn't wait to actually hold this little man!  

There was so much energy in the air we could 

hardly stand the wait.  A month later we were 

off to Guatemala full of excitement and wonder!
